Beth is an experienced mental health professional, predominantly as a qualified statutory Independent Mental Health Advocate and as a psychological well-being mentor to young people and trainer to NHS and emergency services. She had held a number of voluntary positions including for the Youth Offending Service and the NSPCC.  She is a qualified Mindfulness practitioner in both the stress reduction and cognitive therapy approaches.  

Beth is a Mountain Leader in training and loves to rock climb and practice yoga (also being a yoga teacher!) She has travelled the world climbing, hiking and immersing herself in different landscapes. She loves big but also mini weekend adventures. Beth feels like engaging in outdoor activity supports her mental health and is excited to be a part of an organisation that makes that their mission.
