Robynne Wadsworth

Robynne is a Psychiatrist with over 15 years experience in the NHS. While off work in 2022 due to her own mental health challenges, Robynne attended a Mind Over Mountains day event and continues to use her reconnection with nature to support her recovery back to health and back to work. She participated in 2 'Step-Out' 20mile challenges, raising thousands of pounds for the charity and volunteers as a helper on weekend retreats. She has chosen to contribute her time and expertise in the field as a volunteer Head of Research for the Charity and is currently collaborating with several universities around the country so that Mind Over Mountains can continue its commitment to evaluating and demonstrating the benefits of combining mindfulness, counselling, coaching, social connection and connection with nature.In her spare time she continues to explore the outdoors with her young family and new puppy and has recently taken up outdoor swimming....(but only in the summer!)
